Martin Ludwig Bormann



Bormann, Martin Ludwig (1900–45), German Nazi politician, Hitler's deputy from 1941. Though he vanished in 1945, he was sentenced to death for war crimes at the Nuremberg Trials in 1946. It is now thought he was killed as Berlin fell.
