Nasturtium



Nasturtium, annual plant (Tropaeolum majus and T. minus) native to mountainous areas of the American tropics and cultivated in gardens for its red, orange, and yellow flowers. Nasturtiums may be used medicinally for respiratory congestion. Their leaves and flowers are used in salad.
