Bram Stoker



Stoker, Bram (1847–1912), British author who won notoriety for his book Dracula (1897), a tale of horror about a Transylvanian vampire with supernatural abilities. He wrote a sequel, Dracula's Guest (1927), as well as other novels. Stoker spent many years as the manager and companion of actor Sir Henry Irving.
