Naskapi

Naskapi, Native American tribe living in Quebec and Labrador, Canada. Accustomed to fishing and hunting caribou and seals for food, clothing, and other survival needs, most members of the tribe have been forced to seek work in nearby villages because of the decline of the animal population.
