Acts of the Apostles



Acts of the Apostles, fifth book of the New Testament, the only history of the early Christian Church. Probably written between A.D. 60 and 90 by the evangelist Luke, it is a continuation of St. Luke's Gospel and deals mainly with the deeds of the apostles Peter and Paul.
