Interzone

New Worlds, Interzone

a science fiction magazine founded in 1982 by a collective board of eight editors who, after the demise of New Worlds (which last appeared regularly in the mid-1970s), felt that there was need for a genre magazine in Britain. Interzone began first as a quarterly then appeared every two months; in 1990 it became a monthly. The magazine published works of well-known British science fiction writers as well as newer writers of the genre.
