Art Buchwald

Buchwald, Art (1925– ), U.S. political columnist. Known primarily for his satires, Buchwald began his column with the International Herald Tribune in 1949. Later syndicated, it appeared in more than 500 newspapers. Buchwald won a Pulitzer Prize in 1982. He remains an active columnist.
