Boysenberry



Boysenberry, variety of blackberry (Rubus ursinus) that grows on a trailing plant. The tart, dark-red to black fruits are made up of clusters of drupelets. Boysenberries grow best in mild climates and can be eaten fresh or in pies, jams, and jellies.
