Boxelder



Boxelder, or ash-leaf maple (Acer negundo), deciduous tree native to North America. It grows up to 70 ft (20 m) high and has compound leaves and grooved bark. The greenish-yellow flowers are unisexual and are borne on separate trees. The sap is sometimes tapped for its sugar.
