Manchineel

Manchineel, or poison guava tree (Hippomane mancinella), native to tropical regions of the United States. A member of the spurge family, manchineels grow from 10 to 50 ft (3 to 15 m) high and produce yellowish green fruit that look like crab apples. The fruit and sap are extremely poisonous and were used by ancient Carib tribes as poison for their arrows.
