Helen Adams Keller



Keller, Helen Adams (1880–1968), U.S. author and lecturer. Blind and deaf from age 1 1/2, she was taught by Anne Sullivan from 1887, learned to read, write, and speak, and graduated from Radcliffe College with honors in 1904. Her books include The Story of My Life (1902) and Helen Keller's Journal (1938).
