Thomas Andrews Hendricks



Hendricks, Thomas Andrews (1819–1885), U.S. Vice President under Grover Cleveland. After serving in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Senate, and as Governor of Indiana, he was elected Vice President in 1884. He died in office eight months later.
