Gulliver's Travels



Gulliver's Travels, satire published in London in 1726 as Travels into Several Remote Nations of the World, under the name of Lemuel Gulliver, supposedly a ship's surgeon. The actual author was Jonathan Swift, who was satirizing both England and human foibles more generally.
