Fireweed

Fireweed, or willow herb (Epilobium angustifolium), tall perennial plant of temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere. The fireweed, so named because it springs up quickly after a forest fire, grows 3 to 6 ft (0.9 to 1.8 m) high and bears rose-purple flowers.
