e.e. Cummings



Cummings, e.e. (Edward Estlin Cummings; 1894–1962), U.S. poet whose verse is known for its deliberate violation of grammatical rules, unusual words, and idiosyncratic punctuation and typography. One of the most individualistic writers of his time, cummings produced 12 volumes of verse, collected after his death into his Complete Poems (1968).
