Water glass



Water glass, also known as soluble glass, colorless lump made up of sodium, silicon, and oxygen that resembles glass. Water glass is soluble in water, turning into a thick liquid. It has many industrial uses: as adhesive in fiberboard boxes, glass, and porcelain; to manufacture concrete and cement; and to fireproof and waterproof materials.
