Science project

Science project, independent project in which the student studies, explores, and demonstrates principles of science. Such projects include building models of anatomical structures or machines, collecting plant or animal specimens, demonstrating chemical reactions, or conducting controlled experiments on heredity in insects. The subject of these studies is not only the area of science involved but also the scientific method itself.
