Oregon grape



Oregon grape, wild, flowering, low-growing evergreen plant producing small blue edible berries in the fall, of the family Berberidaceae (genus Mahonia). Also known as the Oregon hollygrape, it is neither a holly nor a grape. Found also in Washington and British Columbia, it is Oregon's state flower.
