Natural Bridges National Monument



Natural Bridges National Monument, group of 3 natural sandstone bridges in southeastern Utah. The Sipapu, the largest bridge, is 220 ft (67 m) high and spans 268 ft (82 m). The Owachomo, the smallest and oldest, is 106 ft (32 m) high and 180 ft (55 m) long but only 10 ft (3 m) thick. The Kachina, 93 ft (28 m) thick at its smallest point, is 205 ft (62.5 m) high and 204 ft (62.2 m) high. The monument was established in 1908.
