Litt, Toby

(British, 1968– )

Litt hit the big-time in 2000 with Corpsing, his second novel and to date probably his best. This fast-paced, stylish London thriller, snappy and cinematic, describes the spiralling consequences of an out-of-the-blue shooting in a trendy Soho restaurant. If you enjoy this, try his early novel Beatniks (1997); it is a rather less dazzling work, but also a great read.
