Coreopsis



Coreopsis, genus of summer-blooming plant also known as tickseed. This genus is a member of the family Asteraceae, which include about 100 species of herb native to North America. Coreopsis plants can grow to a height of 4 ft (120 cm). They bear yellow, red, or maroon flowers that resemble daisies.
