Willa Sibert Cather



Cather, Willa Sibert (1876–1947), U.S. novelist noted for her psychologically astute portrayals of the people of Nebraska and the Southwest. Her works include O Pioneers! (1913), My Antonia (1918), and Death Comes for the Archbishop (1927). She was also a brilliant writer of short stories, the most famous being “Paul's Case.”
