Cardigan Welsh corgi

Cardigan Welsh corgi, breed of dog first raised in Wales. The name derives from the Welsh words for “dwarf dog”. The Cardigan Welsh corgi stands about 12 in (30 cm) high. Used for centuries to herd sheep, the corgi makes an affectionate and spirited pet.
