Burdock



Burdock, any of a genus (Arctium) of plants with hairy stems, heart-shaped leaves, and burrs. A North American biennial, also called beggar's-button, burr-bur, cockle button, and stickbutton, it grows to heights of 4 to 9 ft (1 to 3 m).
