Mink

Mink, semiaquatic carnivore (genus Mustela) of the weasel family, extensively farmed for its fur. There are two species: M. lutreola, of European distribution, and M. vision, originating in North America but now widely distributed throughout Europe. Feeding on small fish, eggs, young birds, and small mammals, minks are avid hunters, often killing more than they can eat.
