Book of Micah

Micah, Book of, sixth of the Old Testament Minor Prophets. These prophets were oracles of the Judean prophet Micah, who flourished in the late 8th century B.C. (Chapters 4 through 7 are believed to have been written later.) Ethical in tenor, the book prophesies judgment for sin and redemption by the Messiah.
