Harold Raymond Medina



Medina, Harold Raymond (1888–1990), U.S. jurist. A Columbia University law professor from l915 to l947.Medina was appointed a federal judge in 1947. Two years later he presided over the trial of 11 American Communist party leaders convicted of advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government by force. He stepped down from the bench in 1958.
