Lily of the valley



Lily of the valley, any of several species of woodland plants (genus Convallaria) widely grown in gardens and indoor pots. It produces white, bell-shaped flowers that hang from a long stalk and show up against a backdrop of 2 broad, overlapping leaves. The flowers are sweet-scented and are used in perfume. They produce large red berries.
