Jew's-harp



Jew's-harp, or jaw's harp, musical instrument that produces a resonant sound. It is held up to the mouth, and a thin, metal tongue between 2 prongs of a circular frame is plucked, producing vibrations. Notes are formed by the player changing the size or shape of the mouth cavity.
