Green Bay

Green Bay (pop. 194,594), city in northeastern Wisconsin and seat of Brown County. Situated at the head of Green Bay on Lake Michigan, it is an important industrial and commercial center and a lake port. Industries include cheese processing, meat packing, and the manufacture of paper, machinery, and auto parts. The city is the home of the Green Bay Packers professional football team.
