Henry Watson Fowler



Fowler, Henry Watson (1858–1933), English lexicographer, best known for his A Dictionary of Modern English Usage (1926). Fowler collaborated with his brother, Francis G. Fowler, on several reference works, including The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Current English (1911).
