Walter Dumaux Edmonds



Edmonds, Walter Dumaux (1903– ), U.S.writer of historical fiction. His novels, which focus on the area of upstate New York, include Drums Along the Mohawk (1936) and Chad Hanna (1940). For his book Bert Green's Barn (1975), he won the 1976 National Book Award for children's literature.
