Amberjack



Amberjack (genus Seriola), large, elongated fish found in tropical oceans. The amberjack's superior swimming and fighting abilities make it a popular game fish. Of the approximately 12 species of amberjacks, the greater amberjack (S. dumerili) is the largest, reaching a weight of more than 150 lb (68 kg) and a length of more than 5 ft (1.5 m).
