Yellowthroat



Yellowthroat (Geothlypis trichas), small, migratory bird of the wood warbler family native to North America. Yellowthroats are olive-green with white and buff breasts and measure about 5 in (13 cm) long; males have black masks. They are found in the tall grasses of marshes and other wet areas.
