Wild carrot

Wild carrot, also called Queen Anne's lace, plant (Daucus carota) in the parsley family. This relative of the edible carrot has a root that looks like the domesticated carrot, but it is inedible. It displays a cluster of lacy white flowers on top of a tall, thin green stalk that grows to about 3 ft (91 cm) high. It is usually a biennial plant—one that lives for 2 years.
