Vomiting



Vomiting, return of food or other substance (e.g., blood) from the stomach. It may be induced by drugs, motion sickness, infection, uremia, or stomach or pyloric disorders. Morning vomiting may be a feature of early pregnancy. Drugs may be needed to control vomiting, along with fluid and nutrient replacement.
