Tuberose



Tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa), tropical plant of the agave family, native to Asia and America but cultivated elsewhere for its use in perfumes and other products. The tube-shaped root produces along stem up to 3 ft (91 cm) tall, with sword-shaped leaves and waxy, white, heavily fragrant flowers.
