Titi



Titi, small tree-dwelling monkey belonging to the New World monkey family Cebidae and found in Brazil's Orinoco River Basin. It lives in 2-parent family units and subsists on fruit, leaves, small birds, and insects. A characteristic of the titi is its habit, with others of its kind, of winding its tail around a tree branch when asleep or at rest.
