Sweet alyssum



Sweet alyssum, vigorous, low-growing perennial herb (Lobularia maritima) of the mustard family, originating in the Mediterranean area. It produces sweet, mostly white but sometimes lavender or pink flowers. Plants can grow to 9 in (23 cm) high.
