Ramp

Ramp, or wild leek (Allium tricoccum), wild plant considered a member of either the amaryllis or lily family. The ramp, which smells and tastes like onion, grows in great abundance in the Midwest United States. The leaves appear in early spring, after which green-to-white tiny flowers appear.
