Protractor

Protractor, semicircular device used to measure or to construct angles. The curve is usually marked in degrees, (0–180), or sometimes in mils (0–3,200). A plane protractor is used to measure angles within a plane. A spherical protractor is used in navigation and astronomy to measure spherical angles.
