Porcupinefish

Porcupinefish, slow-moving tropical fish that can blow up its body when alarmed. It takes in water through the mouth to swell its body into a sphere; at the same time, sharp spines are raised, making it very difficult to handle. Porcupinefish feed on shellfish and coral. Pacific Islanders used to make the skins into helmets.
