Polar bear

Polar bear, large (up to 1,650 lb/750 kg), white-furred, arctic bear (Thalarctos maritimus). It can swim strongly and is also agile on land. It hunts seals, whale calves, fish, and, on land, arctic foxes and even lemmings.
