Pima

Pima, Native American peoples living with the Maricopas on the Gila River and Salt River reservations in southern Arizona. A sedentary agricultural group, they are related to the Papagos and descended from the Hohokam peoples. The Pimas were noted for their dome-shaped houses and basketry.
