Peale, Norman Vincent (1898– ), U.S. clergyman. He is well known through his popular writings, particularly The Power of Positive Thinking (1952), and his radio and television broadcasts. Since 1932 he has been pastor of the Marble Collegiate Reformed Church, New York City.
