Nemean Games



Nemean Games, athletic and musical competition of ancient Greece held every other year at the shrine of Zeus in Nemea, on the Peloponnisos. These games, recorded as early as 597 B.C., along with the Olympic, Isthmian, and Pythian games, made up the national festivals of the ancient Greeks.
