Anti-Monopoly Party



Anti-Monopoly Party, U.S. political party opposing monopolies in business in 1884. The party joined with the Greenback Party in supporting Benjamin F. Butler of Massachusetts for president, but disbanded after Butler received only 175,000 votes.
